A couple of years ago I developed a small lump about the size of a marble on my left wrist. It was not painful, but was annoying. I had it checked out by my doctor who said it was a cyst. I began taking six BioShark and nine GDU every day and within a week I noticed it was getting smaller. The cyst continued to shrink over the next two months until it disappeared. I continued the protocol for another month just to be sure they cyst was completely gone. It has never come back.
